InnovAntennas products are sold worldwide primarily through our authorised dealer network — DX Engineering for customers in the United States, and WiMo for customers in the European Union and the rest of the world. Dealer-fulfilled orders ship under each dealer's own shipping terms; please refer to their websites for rates and timescales.

Where InnovAntennas ships a direct-sale order to you, we aim to dispatch within a stated handling time and will provide tracking details once your order is on its way.

Import VAT and duty

International orders may be subject to import VAT and duty, payable by the recipient (Delivered At Place / Delivered Duty Unpaid terms), depending on the destination country. InnovAntennas does not pre-pay these charges on the customer's behalf, and they are not included in the product price shown at checkout.
